The short version: Chochi is built so we can't see your conversations, notes, or life. This page — for our pre-launch site — follows the same instinct: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell it.

This notice covers the Chochi pre-launch site at chochi.com, operated by Chochi, Inc. It describes only this waiting-list website. When the Chochi app launches, it will carry its own, fuller privacy policy for the product itself.

What we collect

What you send us: your email address and any message you choose to include in the early-access form, or anything you email us directly.
Basic, privacy-friendly analytics: if enabled, we use a cookieless analytics tool (Plausible) that counts visits without cookies, without cross-site tracking, and without collecting personal data. There is no Google Analytics, no ad pixels, and no tracking on this site.

How we use it

To tell you when Chochi launches and to send early-access invitations.
To reply when you write to us.
To understand, in aggregate, how many people are interested.

We do not sell your information, run advertising, or add you to unrelated lists.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make this site work — cookieless analytics and, when configured, a form-delivery provider that routes your signup to our inbox. Each acts on our instructions. Beyond that, we disclose information only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Early-list emails are kept until launch communications are complete, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first.

Your choices and rights

Ask to see, correct, or delete anything you've sent us — one email to hello@chochi.com does it.
Unsubscribe from launch emails at any time.
Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK and California), you may have additional legal rights over your information. Write to us and we'll honor them.
